Remote MCP server that runs signed, deterministic consistency checks on supplied JSON invoices, OpenAPI contracts and event batches, billed from a prepaid…
What you can do
Read prepaid budget balance and state without charge
Reconcile a supplied JSON invoice for consistency, billed per new successful check
Check a supplied OpenAPI JSON contract, optionally against supplied offers or observations
Validate batches of up to 200 supplied JSON events
Guard one logical external effect through prepare, claim, settle, reconcile and cancel steps
Create and read resource budgets and reserve or reconcile agent actions against them
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs an auditable, signed verdict on invoice data, API contract consistency or event batches, or needs a budget and effect-guard layer around agent actions, and you are willing to pay per check from a prepaid budget.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local package. Requires a bearer token in the Authorization header, using a private prepaid budget code bought beforehand on the provider's payment page. No OAuth and no environment variables.
Before you install
Most tools cost money per new successful operation (for example EUR 0.005 per invoice check, EUR 0.010 per contract check, EUR 0.002 per event batch, and micro-EUR amounts for effect_guard and spend_truth), debited from a prepaid budget; the budget code is a secret that must stay private. Checks analyze only the data you supply, with no bank validation, legal review, endpoint testing or delivery attestation, and reports can only be reconstructed for 30 days, so retain returned reports…
Connect Authorization token credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/site.chatgpt.toasty-seal-8877.xynthera-ai%2Fxynthera-ai-prepaid/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Read authenticated prepaid balance and state; free, with no debit. Before funding, the buyer manually purchases a budget at https://xynthera-ai.toasty-seal-8877.chatgpt.site/payg.html. Requires a private budget code in Authorization: Bearer; no OAuth. The initial purchase amount is the hard server-side total spending limit. No automatic recharge.
Takes no parameters.
reconcile_invoice
Paid EUR 0.005 excluding tax per new, successful signed invoice consistency check. Supply the entire documented JSON input and a stable unique request_id. Analysis of supplied data only, no bank validation. Exact same-body retries avoid a second debit; report reconstruction lasts 30 days, so retain reports.
Paid EUR 0.010 excluding tax per new signed consistency report for a supplied OpenAPI JSON API contract only, with optional supplied offer/observation comparisons. No legal contract analysis, runtime endpoint testing, security audit or full OpenAPI standard certification. Identical request_id and body avoid a second debit. Report reconstruction is available for 30 days; save the original report. After that the request may be refused, never automatically retried with a new ID.
Paid EUR 0.002 excluding tax per signed event batch of up to 200 supplied events, no actual delivery attestation. Identical request_id and body avoid a second debit. Report reconstruction lasts 30 days; retain the returned report. No automatic retries.
Guard one logical external effect. The prepare operation costs 390 micro-EUR excluding tax only when a new logical decision is successfully created; exact prepare replays and get/claim/settle/reconcile/cancel are free. This service grants one opaque execution authority but never performs the external action. Before settle, register the tenant-scoped ES256 outcome verifier described by the hosted OpenAPI. Reuse the same logical_identity and exact body after an unknown transport outcome; changed content conflicts. Keep claim capabilities private and never retry with a new identity merely because a response was lost.
Takes no parameters.
spend_truth
Create/read a resource budget and reserve or reconcile an agent action against it. A successful new reserve costs 290 micro-EUR excluding tax; exact reserve replays and create_budget/get_budget/get_reservation/begin/settle/release/mark_unknown/reconcile are free. Reservation is the only billable operation and performs no provider action. Each budget accepts at most 128 reservations; a 129th new logical reservation is rejected before billing. Before settle, register the tenant-scoped ES256 outcome verifier described by the hosted OpenAPI. Reuse logical_identity and the exact body after an unknown outcome; keep capabilities private and use the stable provider idempotency key returned by begin.
Takes no parameters.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
