Overview

AI-generated overview

Lets an assistant set up, check, list matches for, and withdraw LivinIsto watch requests on Slovak property listings.

What you can do
  • Create a watch request for Slovak flats, houses, cottages or plots, for sale or rent
  • Check whether a watch request is confirmed and active, waiting, expired or withdrawn
  • List the properties LivinIsto has found for a watch request, optionally only newer ones
  • Withdraw a watch request so watching stops immediately
When to use it
Useful when a user wants to be notified over time about Slovak property listings matching criteria such as a two-room flat in Žilina under a given price, and wants to check or stop that watch from the conversation.
Requirements
A remote endpoint at livinisto.sk over streamable HTTP; no packages, environment variables or headers declared. Each operation needs the intentCode of a watch request created through the server. The watch only becomes active after the user confirms by e-mail opt-in.
Before you install
Publishing an intent does not start watching by itself; the user must confirm by e-mail before anything is active. Withdrawing takes effect immediately and stops further e-mails. The server cannot send messages into the conversation, so matches must be pulled with the intentCode; it returns no e-mail address or hidden limit.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open LivinIsto — home watch in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/sk.livinisto%2Fintents/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

intent_publish_intent

Watch new property listings for the user (needs the user's confirmation)

Use this when the user asks LivinIsto to keep watching Slovak property listings (flats, houses, cottages, plots; for sale or rent) for them over time (e.g. "let me know until March about a 2-room flat in Žilina under 150 000 €"). This does NOT start watching by itself and takes no e-mail address or other personal data: it returns a consentUrl on www.livinisto.sk that the user must open themselves, enter their own e-mail there and confirm by clicking the link LivinIsto e-mails them. Never ask the user for their e-mail in the conversation and never open the link for them. An unconfirmed draft is deleted after 24 hours. Matching properties are e-mailed to the user and can also be read with intent_list_matches using the returned intentCode — keep it in the conversation. hiddenLimitEur is optional: the most the user would pay (for a rental, per month), stored encrypted and never shown to sellers or returned by any tool; pass it only if the user said it. Matches come from listings LivinIsto aggregates from the Slovak market (its own listings and public listings from Slovak property portals), so they cover only properties listed on LivinIsto (Slovakia only, EUR) and may be incomplete.

intent_get_intent

Get the state of a property watch

Use this to check whether an intent created with intent_publish_intent is already confirmed by the user and active, waiting, expired or withdrawn. Requires the intentCode; returns the statement and dates only — never the user's e-mail, the hidden limit or any other personal data.

ParametersintentCoderequired

intent_list_matches

List properties found for a property watch

Use this when the user asks what LivinIsto has found for an intent created with intent_publish_intent. These are the same properties LivinIsto e-mails to the user; this server cannot send messages into the conversation by itself. Requires the intentCode; optional since (ISO time) returns only newer matches. Returns at most 20 newest matches with the price and LivinIsto price verdict (per m², against comparable properties nearby) at the time of the match and a link. Before the user confirms the intent there are no matches. Matches come from listings LivinIsto aggregates from the market, so they cover only properties listed on LivinIsto and may be incomplete; a property may already be sold or rented.

ParameterssinceintentCoderequired

intent_withdraw_intent

Stop a property watch

Use this when the user wants LivinIsto to stop watching for an intent created with intent_publish_intent. Takes effect immediately; nothing more is e-mailed for it. Requires the intentCode.
