Remote Detritus MCP server that lets an assistant check jobsite service availability by ZIP code, submit quote requests, and retrieve quotes.
What you can do
Check service availability by US ZIP code, including dumpster sizes, portable sanitation, disposal materials and other jobsite services
Submit a single quote request covering dumpsters, portable sanitation and other jobsite services for one job
Track the status of an existing quote request using its ID plus the phone or email on the request
Retrieve the customer-facing quote with totals, price breakdown by product type and a quote link
When to use it
Useful when someone wants to price or arrange jobsite rentals and services such as dumpsters, portable restrooms, fencing, storage, water or power, and needs availability, a quote request, or the status and totals of an existing request.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no authentication, environment variables or headers declared. The status and quote tools need a service request ID and the phone number or email used on the request. Availability checks need a US ZIP code.
Before you install
Submitting a request creates a customer record and quote request at Detritus and sends the customer a text and/or email, so it writes data and contacts a third party. Status and quote lookups require the phone or email used on the request, which is shared with Detritus. Quotes reflect customer pricing only.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/us.detritus%2Fsite-services/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Check whether Detritus serves a US ZIP code and list the dumpster sizes, portable sanitation products, disposal materials, and other jobsite services (temporary fencing, storage containers, water, power) available there. Read-only.

make_service_request
Submit quote request
Submit one quote request to Detritus for dumpster, portable sanitation, and/or other jobsite services. All items for one job go in a single request and produce a single quote. Creates a customer record and quote request at Detritus and sends the customer a text and/or email with their quote. Requires the customer's first name, last name, email, phone, full delivery address, delivery date, and selected products, and customerConfirmed: true after the customer has reviewed those details. Not safe to retry: calling it again for the same job creates a duplicate request. Returns serviceRequestId.
Get the status of an existing Detritus quote request (received, assigned, building, sent). Requires serviceRequestId and the phone or email used on the request. "building" is normal while the quote is prepared. Returns keepPolling true while the quote is still being prepared. When status is sent, returns the quote link and price summary. Read-only.
