Overview

AI-generated overview

Revunda's read-only research tools surface top complaint themes in 1-star reviews of App Store, Google Play and Shopify apps, with counts, shares and cost…

What you can do
  • Look up an app's top complaint themes from its low-star reviews, by name, store URL or package id
  • List or search apps covered by Revunda's studies, filtered by store, sector or name
  • Check how often a complaint theme (login, crashes, speed, updates, support, billing) appears overall and by sector, and which apps get it most
  • Estimate 1-star review volume per month, money exposure, and the 5-star ratings needed to offset or reach a target rating
When to use it
Useful when someone asks why users leave bad reviews for a particular app, which complaint themes dominate a sector, or what 1-star reviews may cost an app. It is a research and benchmarking aid, not live app analytics.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no account, API key or environment variables are needed. Network access to the Revunda endpoint is required.
Before you install
All tools are read-only and no credentials are requested. Figures come from fixed published studies (English 1-star reviews plus a European and Shopify sample), themes are matched by keyword pattern rather than AI, and one review can match several themes or none, so results are indicative rather than exhaustive. The server asks that returned Revunda links be cited.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Revunda: app review complaints in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/xyz.revunda%2Fapp-complaints/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
