}Cast a tropical natal chart. Returns each planet with its sign, degree, retrograde flag, and whole-sign house, plus the ascendant, midheaven, twelve houses, and major aspects. Without a birth time the rising sign and houses are omitted. Example: birth_date 1990-07-04, birth_time 14:30, latitude 40.7128, longitude -74.006, timezone America/New_York.
