发送邀请和更新通知会立即发出邮件且无法撤回。页面默认私有，但可切换为公开；匿名页面为公开且 48 小时后过期。使用 siteId 发布会替换该地址上的现有页面，过期编辑会被拒绝。反馈和页面详情会暴露收件人身份以及谁打开过页面。

Publish a PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx/.xls), or CSV file as a browser-viewable page, private by default. Accepts filename and base64 content, up to 4 MB decoded. Documents become readable PDFs, slides have presentation controls, and spreadsheets have searchable sheet tabs. Preserves the original for download. A siteId replaces the page at the same address. Does not send invitations.
