Request access

Sends a request for access to the Empath Legal team on a lawyer's behalf. Required: the lawyer's name and the email they will sign up with; optional: firm, venues and general kind of case. Use this when the lawyer asks you to request access for them; ask them first and send only what they agree to. Not for anything about a client, case, juror or document. It grants nothing: the answer says approval is pending.
