一个托管型 MCP 服务器，把新发布的 Upwork 职位按你保存的订阅源提供给助手，供其查看和筛选。

运行要求: 远程 Streamable HTTP 端点，无需安装。通过 Telegram 登录，可用客户端 OAuth，或从 Telegram 机器人获取手动令牌并以 Bearer 方式发送。不需要 Upwork 登录、API 密钥或银行卡。

你创建的订阅源会与 Telegram 机器人共享，职位发布后一分钟内会推送提醒。创建和删除订阅源需要你确认，手动令牌属于凭据需妥善保管。用量有限制，例如每小时 100 次 find_jobs、最多 5 个订阅源；该服务为第三方，会看到你的筛选条件。

flconsole is a free service that watches new Upwork jobs and delivers matching ones to your Telegram or to your AI agent over MCP.

This repository holds ready-to-paste configs and a short guide. The server is hosted — there is nothing to install or run.

Free. No card, no API key, no paid plan.
New jobs only. Jobs posted in the last 30 minutes; no search in older jobs.
Your feeds, shared with Telegram. A feed your agent creates also sends alerts to the Telegram bot within a minute of posting.
No access to your Upwork account. flconsole never asks for your Upwork login.

Other clients

Any MCP client with Streamable HTTP works. If it supports sign-in (OAuth), add the server URL and sign in as below. If it doesn't, use a manual token: in the Telegram bot send /mcp → Manual token (other apps), then send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>. Examples: configs/manual-token.claude-code.sh, configs/manual-token.codex.toml.

Sign-in

Through Telegram — no password, no API key:

Your client opens a sign-in page in the browser.
Tap Continue in Telegram (or scan the QR code). The flconsole bot opens; if you're new, tap Start.
The bot names the app that wants access. Tap Allow and get a 4-digit code.
Enter the code on the sign-in page. Done.

The sign-in link works for 10 minutes. Disconnect any app later in the bot: /mcp → Disconnect.

Upwork has its own MCP server for actions in your account. Use flconsole to find new jobs and Upwork's MCP to send proposals: your agent never runs repeated searches from your Upwork account. A freelancer reports a policy violation after checking Upwork's MCP for new jobs every 15 minutes.
