One MCP call returns official links to EU and national law in all 27 Member States, company data from official public business registers, company formation and post-formation guides, and a catalogue of legal document actions. Every answer carries its official source_url and retrieved_at.
This repository holds only the client side: documentation, connection examples and the MCP registry entry. The hosted server, its templates and data are not part of this repository. Nothing to install to use the service.

"Read-only" is the tool's readOnlyHint annotation. Partner-only actions and templates need a partner key; without one, list_templates currently lists no templates.
Law (find_law, get_law_link, list_sources): search in EU (CELLAR), DE, EE, ES, AT, NL, PL, DK, LU, SE, IE, IT, LT, FR, CZ, FI, HR, LV and SI (FI, HR, LV, SI: curated core company, civil, notarial and tax acts); all 27 Member States return at least the official portal, its search link and ELI pattern. Every law item has status (in_force | repealed | unknown, stated only where the official source gives it), consolidated_url (current consolidated version, or null), checked_at and status_source.

List the legal document actions Mandate Office offers or is preparing, with status, audience, version, last_verified and updated dates. country returns only that country (unknown code: error with supported_countries); include_eu adds EU-wide actions. Free, read-only.

Live open registers by ID or name: EE (with board members), FR (with directors), CZ, FI, PL (KRS number or NIP), LV, IE, HR (Sudski registar: OIB, MBS or full/partial name; no officers in the public API); DK (CVR via Datafordeler: CVR number or full registered name; no persons); NL (KVK open dataset, free: basic data of BV and NV by KVK number only, no names or persons; names return the kvk.nl search link plus GLEIF LEI holders); LT, SE and SI from nightly snapshots of the official open bulk files (data_as_of in the answer). Other states return the official register lookup URL plus matching LEI holders from GLEIF. Any EU VAT number is checked live in VIES (id_type=vat or a prefixed number like DE123456789); LEIs via id_type=lei or country=EU. Every answer has source_url, licence and retrieved_at.
