Search sourced knowledge records and open questions, any subject and language. Use it when the user needs a verifiable fact, definition, date, rule or standard with its sources, or to check a claim before stating it. Lexical: use specific terms (names, standards, numbers). Returns an empty list when nothing matches; nothing is generated to fill gaps. An empty result carries suggestions: the topics in use and the newest records.
