上传的文件会离开本机发送给第三方服务：加密副本最多保留 90 天用于改进分析器，结果摘要以链接形式保留 7 天。无账号时限制为单文件 5 MB、每个网络地址每 30 天 3 个不同文件。考勤数据属于员工个人数据，只应发送你有权共享的文件。结果仅为运营参考，不构成法律或薪资建议。

WatheeqaHR Attendance Analyzer — MCP server

A free, hosted Model Context Protocol server that lets AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and others) analyze biometric attendance device exports directly: ZKTeco / BioTime, Hikvision, Dahua, Anviz, Suprema BioStar, FingerTec, Matrix COSEC, eSSL and similar. It reads CSV, Excel or text files with English or Arabic headers.

For each employee it returns days present, estimated absent days, late days and missing punches, plus the column mapping it detected. That way you can check a month of attendance before payroll without building spreadsheet formulas.

Synthetic sample files are in examples/. Every name and number in them is invented.

Limits and privacy

  • 5 MB per file, and 3 distinct files per 30 days per network address without an account.
  • An encrypted copy of each uploaded file is kept for up to 90 days to improve the analyzer, then deleted automatically. A result summary is kept for 7 days behind an unguessable link.
  • Only send files you are allowed to share. Full statement: Privacy policy.
  • The results are an operational review, not legal or payroll advice. WatheeqaHR is not a WPS provider and does not file anything with any government.

Analyze an attendance device export

Analyze a biometric attendance device export (ZKTeco, Hikvision, Dahua, Anviz, Suprema, FingerTec, Matrix COSEC, eSSL and similar; CSV, Excel or text, English or Arabic headers). Returns, per employee: days present, estimated absent days, late days and missing punches, plus the detected column mapping. Free, no account. Limits: 5 MB per file; the free analyzer allows 3 distinct files per 30 days per network address. An encrypted copy of the file is kept for up to 90 days to improve the analyzer, then deleted automatically; a result summary is kept for 7 days behind an unguessable link. Absent days are estimates for review, not confirmed absences. If the file cannot be read the tool returns isError with the analyzer's refusal reason.
