From the date the relinquished property closed: the 45-day identification deadline, the end of the exchange period (day 180 or the tax return due date if that comes first, by filer type and extension), weekend and federal-holiday flags, days left from today, and the last closing date in that year that keeps the full 180 days. Same math as the 1031.help deadline calculator.
