安装前请注意
每次调用都会产生费用（标价每次 $0.008），以 Base 上的 USDC 从钱包支付，需注意消费上限与钱包私钥安全。图片 URL 会发送给第三方服务，支付经由外部 facilitator 处理。返回结果为 base64，体积可能较大。

media_resize_image

Use this when you need to resize an image from a URL or convert its format. Returns the resized image as base64 with metadata in JSON.

Parameters

Not for: OCR text extraction (use media_extract_text_from_image), QR code generation (use utility_generate_qr_code), screenshots (use capture_screenshot).
