Search festivals in South Korea

Festivals in South Korea that run during a date range (default: today to 30 days ahead, KST), optionally filtered by province, keyword and free admission, soonest first. Returns name, dates, status, region, venue, free/paid, a short summary and the kfestivals page. Exhibitions and shows running longer than 60 days are left out unless include_long_running is true.
