公开查询工具可能消耗积分，需指定 maxCredits 并针对目标与类型取得用户明确授权。已存数据反映的是快照时间而非 Instagram 实时状态，检测到的变化是检测时间而非确切操作时间，粉丝与关注列表可能不完整。
