Plannie

List family calendar events in a date range (ISO 8601). Recurring events are expanded into instances. Use get_members first to map member names to ids. Pass query to only get events whose title, location or notes contain that text.

Create a family calendar event. Times are ISO 8601 with offset. memberIds come from get_members — call it first to resolve names like "Vera" to ids.

Update an event. For recurring events set editScope: "this" (one instance, requires instanceStartsAt), "this_and_future", or "all".

Delete an event. For recurring events set scope: "this" (requires instanceStartsAt), "this_and_future", or "all" (default).

List family tasks, optionally filtered by member, due date, or completion.

Add a one-off to-do for a family member (not a recurring habit/chore; not supported yet). memberId comes from get_members.

Mark a task as completed now.

Get all family lists (shopping, packing, …) with their items.

Adds an item to a shopping or to-do list in the family's Plannie. Get listId from get_lists. The item is added at the end of the list. Optionally give it a deadline: with a time of day, the people it's assigned to get a reminder at that moment.

Checks off an item on a family list, marking it complete.

Get the family members (id, name, nicknames, role, color). Call this first to resolve names or nicknames like "Vera" or "Dad" into the member ids other tools need.

Recent household activity (what agents and family members did), newest first.

Get the scheduled meals for the 7-day week starting at weekStart, including each meal's recipe (title, emoji, ingredients). Use list_recipes to see the full recipe library, or set_meal to schedule one.

List the household recipe library (id, name, emoji, ingredients). Use this to find a recipeId for set_meal, or to check whether a recipe already exists before creating a new one.

Schedule a recipe into a meal-plan cell (date + mealType). Provide an existing recipeId (from list_recipes/get_meal_plan) or a recipeName — if no recipe with that name exists yet (case-insensitive match), a bare recipe is created automatically, so this also works for a quick note like "leftovers". Breakfast/lunch/dinner cells hold up to two meals side by side: pass slot 1 for a second meal in the same cell (slot 0 is primary and the default); snack cells only ever use slot 0.

Unschedule a meal by id (from get_meal_plan).

List every family folder (top-level and nested), plus the storage/inbox usage meters and the current Latest-uploads count. Files has **Latest uploads** (unfiled files: they land there, expire after a set number of days unless moved into a folder, and have a separate cap) and **folders** (kept files count toward the family's storage limit). Storage, Latest-uploads and per-file size caps apply; list_folders reports current usage. Private files and folders are never visible to assistants.

Storage, Latest-uploads and per-file size caps apply; list_folders reports current usage. Private files and folders are never visible to assistants.

Search family files by name and, where the plan supports it, by summary, facts and document text. Each result carries its details and folderPath. Private files never match.

Get a signed URL to view or download a file's bytes. Valid for 10 minutes. Returns an error if the file is still processing.

Upload a file to the family's Latest uploads (or straight into a folder with folderId). Files has **Latest uploads** (unfiled files: they land there, expire after a set number of days unless moved into a folder, and have a separate cap) and **folders** (kept files count toward the family's storage limit). Storage, Latest-uploads and per-file size caps apply; list_folders reports current usage. Private files and folders are never visible to assistants. For a file of 10 MB or less, pass dataBase64 and it uploads immediately. For a larger file, pass sizeBytes instead (omit dataBase64): the result is a presigned upload target and instructions for completing the upload yourself. To file it straight away, pass folderPath (e.g. "Alva/Vaccination") instead of folderId, and details to record its dates, people and facts. Filing convention: a document about one person goes under that person first ("Alva/Vaccination"); anything else topic first ("Sports/Football/Rules"). At most 3 levels; existing folders are reused by name, missing ones are created.

Move a file into a folder, by folderId or by folderPath (missing folders are created). For a Latest-uploads file this is also "Keep" — it stops expiring and starts counting toward storage. Filing convention: a document about one person goes under that person first ("Alva/Vaccination"); anything else topic first ("Sports/Football/Rules"). At most 3 levels; existing folders are reused by name, missing ones are created.

Record a file's details: category, one-line summary, dates (YYYY-MM-DD: documentDate, dueAt, validUntil), the family members it concerns, and up to 12 labelled facts. Fields you send replace the current ones; fields you leave out are kept. Plannie's own document reading never overwrites what you set.

Get one file with its details (summary, dates, people, facts); with includeText, also its document text (up to 20,000 characters).

Rename a file.

Delete a family file. It goes to Recently deleted, where a family member can restore it from the app for 30 days.

Create a family folder (always visible to the whole household — agents cannot create private folders).
