On first connect you provide your Steady API key (found in the publication's API integration settings in the Steady backend). The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.
read tools are read-only; write tools mutate data (clients should confirm them); meta tools report usage, manage your subscription or send a feature request.
*Pro has a fair use limit of 10,000 tool calls a month on this server. For more, write to [email protected].
Pro covers this server only. Subscribe with steady_upgrade (it returns a Stripe Checkout link). Cancel any time with steady_cancel_subscription: Pro continues to the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period, and running steady_upgrade before then undoes the cancel. Get publication
Get the publication the API key belongs to: title, Steady page URL, member counts (paying, trial, free, guest, external), monthly income and whether it is public. Good first call. Steady API: GET /publication.

List the publication's membership plans with state (draft, published, archived), currency, monthly and annual amounts, benefits and whether the plan is hidden. Steady API: GET /plans.

List the current subscriptions (in_trial, active, not_renewing, guest, external and their terminated states): state, period (monthly or annual), amounts, currency, expiry and the subscriber and plan. Contains personal data. Steady API: GET /subscriptions.
emailsList ended subscriptions
List the ended subscriptions (cancelled and expired, with cancelled-at and expires-at) with the subscriber and plan. Contains personal data. Steady API: GET /subscriptions/inactive.
emailsList newsletter subscribers
List the newsletter subscribers (email and the time they confirmed the opt-in). Contains personal data. Steady API: GET /newsletter_subscribers.
