Web3Forms MCP by usefulapi

Use your Web3Forms account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. List forms and read their submissions, and create submissions. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Connect

Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://web3forms.usefulapi.io/mcp.
Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http web3forms https://web3forms.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
VS Code: Add to VS Code.
Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your Web3Forms credentials.

On first connect you provide a Web3Forms Submissions API key (Web3Forms → Dashboard → Account → API Keys). Tick Create submissions only if you want the assistant to create them. The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.

Pro covers this server only. Subscribe with web3forms_upgrade (it returns a Stripe Checkout link). Cancel any time with web3forms_cancel_subscription: Pro continues to the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period, and running web3forms_upgrade before then undoes the cancel. List all Web3Forms forms in the account: form_id, form_name, created_at and total_count of submissions. Good first call to find a form_id. API: GET /forms.

Create a submission

WRITE: create a submission on a form you own, as if a visitor sent it. It is stored, counts toward the monthly quota, and sends the notification email, autoresponder and integrations. Needs a key with the 'Create submissions' permission. There is NO idempotency key: if a call times out, check web3forms_list_submissions before you retry, or you may create a duplicate. API: POST /submissions.
