FiLot: gold prices and gold bar records

What Indonesian dealers pay today to buy back ONE gold bar of a given brand and weight, in rupiah: the highest price that fits every bar of that brand and size, prices that fit only some bars (for example Antam made in 2026), each with dealer and day, and a world-gold-price estimate when no dealer FiLot reads prices the brand. Brands with dealer prices: Antam (Logam Mulia), UBS, Lotus Archi, Galeri 24, Sampoerna; any other brand (King Halim, PAMP, Argor-Heraeus, ...) gets the estimate and Galeri 24's Sentra Buyback line. It also sets the highest dealer price beside the world value of the gold (how far below or above it sits), and an offer someone made for the bar when one is given.

Today's world (spot) gold price for one gram, one troy ounce and one kilogram of fine gold, in the currency asked for (a three-letter code such as USD, EUR, SGD, AUD, GBP, MYR or IDR), with the time it was read. Built from the gold price in US dollars (gold-api.com) and that day's exchange rate (open.er-api.com). A world-market indication, not what any dealer pays or charges.

The gold price on a past date, for records such as a tax return, an inheritance or a purchase: the world price of fine gold in any currency (FiLot's own daily record, kept since 22 Oct 2026: the day's last reading) and, for Indonesia, the dealers' Antam buyback price that day (stored since 25 Sep 2026). Work out zakat (zakat al-mal) on a person's gold: nisab 85 grams of pure gold (or the 595 g silver nisab if their scholars use it), rate 2.5%, due once the gold has been owned one hijri year (haul). Indonesia: valued at the latest Antam buyback price; elsewhere: the world gold price in the person's currency. Takes several items with their karat or fineness; worn jewellery is shown both ways unless the person says which view they follow (Hanafi counts it; Shafi'i, Maliki and Hanbali generally do not); an optional haul start date.
