CareJobs.Now MCP server

A free, hosted, read-only Model Context Protocol server for US healthcare jobs. It lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients search the open jobs that CareJobs.Now reads every day from the career sites of 258 hospitals, health systems, clinic groups and care companies (170,000+ openings), with the pay each employer posts. Every answer links to the job's page on CareJobs.Now, where the user applies on the employer's own site.

The same figures are free as JSON and CSV, no key needed: /roles.json (open jobs by kind of job and employer), /pay.json (posted hourly pay by kind of job) and /pay.csv. A dated open dataset is on Zenodo: 10.5281/zenodo.23395728 (CC BY 4.0). An llms.txt describes the site for AI assistants.

Search the open healthcare jobs at 2,098 US hospitals, health systems, clinic groups and care companies (nurses, CNAs, doctors, NPs and PAs, therapists, techs, pharmacy, caregivers, front office and more), plus the listings of the job boards the site reads, each naming its employer. Returns each job's title, employer, kind of job, posted pay, shift where the posting states it, place, and a link to its page on CareJobs.Now, where the user applies. All filters are optional.

What healthcare jobs post as pay today, measured from the hourly rates open jobs state (before shift differentials and bonuses): with no arguments, the median and typical range for every kind of job (a market rate only where at least three employers post one); with a kind of job, that job's pay and the employers that post the most for it; with an employer, its pay overall and by kind of job; with both, that employer's pay for that job.
