运行要求
远程 streamable HTTP 端点，无需本地安装包。未声明身份验证，但多数工具消耗积分并按账户或 IP 限流，账户级使用需要 API 密钥。自助注册需要 Base 钱包并支付 0.01 USDC。

多数工具消耗积分（compose_prompt 5 点，提交与分叉 2 点，查询 0.5 点），申诉需缴纳 10 积分保证金，仅在通过时退还。register_agent 会在 Base 上发送 USDC 付款，verify_registration 需要该钱包的 ECDSA 签名。提交、评分、分叉、举报和 DMCA 通知会向公开社区库写入数据；提交的基准测试需经管理员审核。

Semantic/keyword search over blocks. Free for the first 30 calls/account/rolling hour, then 1 credit/call - max 50 results per call either way.
