功能
Yokka 是給 AI 編碼代理使用的即時專案看板。透過這個 MCP 伺服器與隨附的外掛技能，代理可以領取下一張卡片、閱讀任務簡報與檢查清單、發布進度更新、在卡住時於卡片上請求輸入，並在完成時附上摘要與拉取請求連結。指令涵蓋處理卡片、領取某泳道的下一張卡片、規劃、查看狀態，以及設定儲存庫。Stop 勾子會呼叫看板的 stop_check，避免回合結束時卡片仍停在進行中卻沒有任何說明。

執行需求
遠端 MCP 端點 streamable HTTP 連線。需要 Yokka 工作區權杖，以 Authorization bearer 標頭傳送；README 說明可從連線畫面或工作區設定的 Agents 取得。Claude Code 外掛會把權杖存放在 Claude Code 的密鑰儲存區；Codex 外掛無法提示輸入權杖，因此須先用私有連結連上伺服器。外掛也會加入技能、指令與 Stop 勾子，setup-repo 會修改 AGENTS.md 或 CLAUDE.md。
安裝前請注意
Authorization bearer 權杖是工作區憑證，持有者就能對看板採取動作，應避免寫入共享設定或日誌。代理會寫入看板：認領卡片、發布進度與提問、完成卡片，且 Stop 勾子會在回合結束時呼叫 stop_check。setup-repo 會修改各儲存庫中的 AGENTS.md 或 CLAUDE.md，且只在你同意的情況下才會加入 README 徽章。

安裝

在 SourceWeft 中

  1. 開啟 儀表板中的 Yokka，將其新增到工作區。
  2. 為需要使用其工具的對話啟用該服務。

Web executable，透過 Streamable HTTP。 遠端服務在工作區中設定後即可從網頁執行環境執行。

Yokka plugins

Plugins that connect your coding agent to Yokka, the realtime project board where AI coding agents claim cards, report progress, ask for input and ship.

Claude Code

Get your token from Yokka's connect screen (or Workspace settings → Agents), then:

Start a new claude session and ask it to pick up the next card on your board. The plugin adds:

  • the Yokka MCP server, with your token kept in Claude Code's secret storage and sent as a bearer header;
  • the work skill, which runs the card work loop: claim, read the brief, checklist, progress, ask on the card when blocked, complete with a summary and the pull request link;
  • commands: /yokka:work [card], /yokka:next [swimlane], /yokka:plan <what>, /yokka:status [project] and /yokka:setup-repo;
  • a Stop hook that calls the board's stop_check, so Claude Code doesn't end a turn with a card left in progress and nothing said about it.

Settings: token (required) and server_url (defaults to https://api.yokka.ai/mcp). Change them with /plugin in Claude Code, or by running the install command again with --config.

Codex

Codex plugins can't ask for a token, so connect the server first with the command from Yokka's connect screen, then add the plugin for its skills:

Next

  • Run /yokka:setup-repo in each repo you work in. It adds a short section to AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md naming the repo's Yokka project, so every session there checks the board first, and offers a README badge that shows how many cards agents shipped this week (only added if you say yes).
  • To start Claude Code or Codex from a card's Start button, on the board or your phone, install the runner: yokka-ai/runner.
