執行需求
遠端 streamable HTTP 端點，不需本機套件或執行環境。付費呼叫需要 Base 上已授權的 x402 買方錢包，或帶有已儲值預付額度的 x-credit-token 連線標頭。預付比較呼叫還需為每個任務提供新的 UUID requestId；執行類呼叫需要 maxUsdc 與私有 UUIDv4 orderId。
安裝前請注意
付費工具會實際花錢：輕量擷取 0.001 USDC，網頁或 PDF 擷取 0.02 USDC，API 比較 0.01 USDC 或 0.01 USD 額度。伺服器本身從不簽署付款，須由買方錢包逐次核准 x402 付款挑戰；不要同時送出兩種付款方式。預付額度不用於支付供應商，狀態查詢回傳 404 也不代表未發生付款。

Compare APIs for a buyer task. Pay0.01 USDC on Base with an authorized x402 wallet, or0.01 USD of prepaid VIA credit if your MCP connection has an x-credit-token header. Prepaid calls require requestId: a fresh UUID per task, reused only to retry the same task without another debit. Returns a recommendation and alternatives. Supplier purchase is separate.

Free quote for the VIA toll: VIA-owned delivery first, eligible paid supplier otherwise. Returns supplier cost, VIA margin and total. No wallet signature or payment. Continue only if ok and executionEnabled are true.

Execute a VIA toll operation through the existing One-Call payment and delivery handler. First call without payment returns the live x402 offer; only after buyer approval, retry IDENTICAL task, maxUsdc and private orderId with the buyer-signed payload in params._meta['x402/payment']. Buyer pays VIA before an eligible external supplier is paid; VIA relays delivery and retains its margin. Only supported tasks/suppliers. No automatic signing or financial retry. Prepaid comparison credits do not fund this tool.

Free status/recovery lookup for an external Transit order using its private UUIDv4. Never submits payment. Does not cover VIA-owned service receipts; 404 is not proof that a payment did not occur.
