Read your saved jobs and application tracker with a status filter. Use ready_to_send for approvals, needs_answer for outstanding questions, or stale to review inactive applied rows. Returns bounded rows, full per-stage totals and the record: how many applications were sent, wait for your answers or were not sent and why, and the employer replies in your inbox. Never sends, archives or changes stages.

Before calling with send, tell the member that this call submits the application to the employer, show the job and this scope, then set job_approved only after explicit agreement. An old exact-review approval or saved answer is insufficient. Dismiss closes the review without applying.
