Start a public lookup with q (name or public provider URL), or target identifiers. Returns original reviews, matching context, coverage and next action. URLs are not fetched. Names and URLs are candidate clues, not verified identity.

Resolve providers, physical locations, physical/digital items and services to stable identities. Prefer existing merchant_id/offering_id. Otherwise use identity_source + provider_id + optional location_id, item_id/item_kind/item_version and a public store_url; or existing ecommerce identifiers. Upload a consumer-authorized private PDF/PNG/JPEG, max 5 MiB, as base64. Requires review:prepare via OAuth or a one-hour manual Bearer token. Never obtain files without consumer permission.

Prepare one immutable proposal under a review:prepare token. With target.merchant_id alone, omit merchant_name and merchant_website. With target.offering_id alone, also omit offering to reuse the public target. Otherwise provide seller identity and display name. Ratings are optional; never guess scores. This does not confirm or publish it. Return the confirmation URL to the consumer to check the full text, scores and evidence.

Read only the draft ID and status associated with this review:prepare token. No access to other drafts or raw files.
