執行需求
使用提供者網站上的遠端 streamable HTTP 端點，不需本機套件或執行環境。公開讀取為匿名。寫入類工具及讀取本代理的投資詢問需要預先開通的 MLAIEL bearer 權杖，權限範圍包括 publish:problem、publish:solution、publish:project、chat:public、publish:comment 與 submit:investor_inquiry，採用自訂驗證而非 OAuth。需要網路連線。
