執行需求
macOS，且 Rowsend 應用程式安裝於「應用程式」資料夾；需要 Node.js 18 或更新版本，透過 npx 啟動此 npm 套件。若應用程式位於其他位置，需將 ROWSEND_APP 環境變數設為其路徑。首次連線須在應用程式中核准。
安裝前請注意
助理可以建立與修改資料：專案、範本、分群、退訂抑制、活動與寄送設定。它無法寄送或排程活動、無法刪除任何內容，也看不到密碼與 API 金鑰，這些須在應用程式自己的畫面中貼上。授權依用戶端發放並以加密權杖保存在本機，可在應用程式的 MCP 設定中撤銷。

安裝

在 SourceWeft 中

  1. 開啟 儀表板中的 Rowsend，將其新增到工作區。
  2. 為需要使用其工具的對話啟用該服務。

Desktop only，透過 STDIO。 STDIO 服務會啟動本機處理程序，因此需要 SourceWeft 桌面主機。

Rowsend MCP server

Rowsend is a desktop app for marketing email. It reads contacts from your own database (Postgres on Supabase or Neon, MySQL, PlanetScale, MongoDB or Firebase Auth) and sends through your own provider (SES, Postmark, Mailgun or SMTP). Contacts and keys stay on your computer.

This package connects an MCP client such as Claude Desktop, Cursor or Claude Code to the Rowsend app. Agents can connect your database, write campaigns in your brand, preview them and send you a test. You click Send in the app.

Plugins for Claude Code and Codex

The plugin adds the MCP server and a rowsend-setup skill. The skill walks your agent through connecting your database and sender and drafting a first campaign.

The first time the client connects, Rowsend asks you to allow it. Click Allow. Rowsend keeps that client's token encrypted on your computer, so it asks only once. To cut a client off, revoke it in Rowsend → Settings → MCP.

If Rowsend is somewhere other than Applications, set ROWSEND_APP to its path, such as /Users/you/Apps/Rowsend.app.

What agents can't do

  • Send or schedule a campaign. Only you can, in the app.
  • Delete anything.
  • See or type a password or API key. Rowsend opens its own screens for you to paste them.
  • Turn off the unsubscribe footer, edit a segment or undo an unsubscribe.

How it works

Rowsend runs its MCP server inside the app, on 127.0.0.1 only. This package finds the app and starts it with --mcp-stdio, which passes messages between your client's stdin and stdout and that local server. If Rowsend isn't running, it opens in the background.
