Paid $0.20 USDC. Hierarchy, published edtech contracts and incumbents, upcoming renewals with estimated windows, live tenders, recent trust changes and official links for one buyer. Unknown, ambiguous (candidates returned) or evidence-free buyers are refused before payment.
