透過 uvx 從 arc-free-skills 的 PyPI 套件以 stdio 在本機執行，需要 Python 3.11+ 與 uv。環境變數 ARC_FREE_SKILLS_WORKSPACE 必須指向既有的專用資料夾，用於輸入與新輸出，不可使用家目錄。不需要模型 API 金鑰。僅限桌面端。
安裝前請注意
工作區檔案在本機處理，但對話中使用的內容仍會傳送給 AI 供應商，ChatGPT 上傳依其自身政策。ECSS 等標準未隨附，需自行提供授權副本。工程修改僅為供審閱的建議，並非已核准的變更。AI 助理本身可能產生費用。
