Connect your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to BumiAtlas for Dutch land research through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

This listing is a focused entry point for:

  • All ~10.7M cadastral parcels (percelen) from the Kadaster's BRK Kadastrale Kaart via PDOK
  • Parcel lookup by kadastrale aanduiding with the cadastral municipality's name or AKR code (Hilversum A 1234, HVS00 A 1234), a whole section (paged), or coordinates
  • Registered size (kadastrale grootte) and whether it is fixed or provisional
  • Satellite and street map images of a parcel and its neighbours, labelled by section and number

Parcels have no owner, right or price information: the Kadastrale Kaart is the map layer only.
