執行需求
透過 npx 以 stdio 在本機執行，需要 Node.js 20.3 或更新版本。不需要 API 金鑰或帳號。即時工具（假日、地區、學校、匯率、天氣）需要網路連線。選用環境變數 PH_API_BASE_URL 可將即時工具指向其他 API 部署。
安裝前請注意
獎學金資料為 35 個計畫的精選清單，每學年都可能變動，詳細內容應在官方提供者頁面確認。學校涵蓋範圍並不完整。匯率來自第三方匯率服務，天氣來自 Open-Meteo，因此查詢會傳送至這些外部服務。所有工具皆為唯讀。

安裝

在 SourceWeft 中

  1. 開啟 儀表板中的 Ph Data Mcp Server，將其新增到工作區。
  2. 為需要使用其工具的對話啟用該服務。

Desktop only，透過 STDIO。 STDIO 服務會啟動本機處理程序，因此需要 SourceWeft 桌面主機。

🇵🇭 ph-data-mcp-server

An MCP server that gives AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, VS Code Copilot, and others) Philippine data: scholarships, holidays, regions, universities, peso exchange rates and weather.

Ask your assistant things like:

"Incoming college ako, BS Engineering. Anong scholarship pwede?" "Which regular holidays fall on a Monday in 2027?" "List state universities in Region X and the scholarships open to their students."

No API key needed.

Every tool is read-only and supports response_format: "json" for structured output.

About the scholarship data: 35 programs (DOST-SEI, CHED, TESDA, OWWA, DSWD, GSIS, DepEd, Quezon City, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, SM, Megaworld, Gokongwei, Security Bank, Aboitiz, DLSU, Ateneo, UST), each checked against the provider's own page. Details the official page doesn't state are null, never guessed. It's the same dataset as Iskolar AI. Programs change every school year, so always confirm on the official page.

The live tools use the free Philippines Public Data API.

Requires Node.js 20.3 or later.

PH_API_BASE_URL points the live tools at another deployment of the API.

Releasing

  1. Bump version in package.json, server.json (both places) and src/index.ts.
  2. npm publish (the prepublishOnly script builds first).
  3. mcp-publisher login github then mcp-publisher publish to update the MCP Registry entry.

Contributing

Scholarship fixes and additions are welcome. Edit data/scholarships.json, cite the provider's own page (not a blog or aggregator), and set last_checked to today.

Search Philippine scholarships

Find Philippine scholarships and student financial aid that match a question, in English or Taglish (e.g. "incoming college, BS Engineering", "anak ng OFW", "TESDA courses", "grad school science"). Searches a curated list of programs (DOST, CHED, TESDA, OWWA, LGUs, foundations, universities) where every fact was checked against the official page. Returns the best matches with summary, period and official URL. Use ph_get_scholarship for full eligibility and benefits. Never state amounts or deadlines the results do not contain.
