執行需求
以本機 npm 套件 session-relay 透過 stdio 執行，需全域安裝並以 relay 命令列完成設定。需要團隊自有的 Session Relay 伺服器，透過 RELAY_SERVER 環境變數提供或經 relay login 儲存；若未登入還需在 RELAY_TOKEN 中提供個人存取權杖。僅支援桌面端。
安裝前請注意
共享的工作階段、留言與即時訊息會上傳到團隊伺服器，其中的內容隊友可見；工具提示不要包含機密，README 稱憑證會在上傳前於本機移除，但仍應確認送出內容。分享、更新、留言、刪除與即時傳訊都會寫入他人可見的資料。隊友的訊息會在步驟之間送達代理；伺服器說明要求先向使用者顯示並徵得同意再執行，除非開啟自動模式。

安裝

在 SourceWeft 中

  1. 開啟 儀表板中的 Session Relay，將其新增到工作區。
  2. 為需要使用其工具的對話啟用該服務。

Desktop only，透過 STDIO。 STDIO 服務會啟動本機處理程序，因此需要 SourceWeft 桌面主機。

session-relay

Share coding-agent sessions with your team across Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, Copilot CLI, Cursor and ZCode. Run /share in one agent; a teammate runs /pickup in whichever agent they use and carries on with the goal, decisions, next steps and recent conversation.

Privacy

Nothing is uploaded unless you share it. API keys, tokens, passwords and private keys are removed on your machine before upload, and relay share --dry-run shows exactly what would be sent. See security & privacy.

List shared sessions

List sessions teammates have shared. Defaults to the current repo; pass all_repos to see everything. for_me lists handoffs assigned to you (from any repo).

Load a shared session

Load a shared session as a handoff: summary, decisions, next steps, files and conversation. mode "tail" (default) = summary + recent messages; "summary" = summary only; "full" = full transcript, paged with offset.
