執行需求
以本機 stdio 程序執行，使用 npm 套件 dingdawg-legal-agent（Node.js 與 npx）。需要 DINGDAWG_API_KEY 環境變數，透過向提供方的開發者介面提交電子郵件註冊取得，金鑰僅顯示一次。需要連線至提供方 API 的網路存取。
安裝前請注意
API 金鑰屬機密資訊，透過 DINGDAWG_API_KEY 傳入，可存取付費層級，可能產生 Stripe 計費。合約文字及其他提示內容會傳送到提供方的託管 API，用於治理、評分與稽核記錄。註冊需要電子郵件地址，金鑰只顯示一次。

安裝

在 SourceWeft 中

  1. 開啟 儀表板中的 Dingdawg Legal Agent，將其新增到工作區。
  2. 為需要使用其工具的對話啟用該服務。

Desktop only，透過 STDIO。 STDIO 服務會啟動本機處理程序，因此需要 SourceWeft 桌面主機。

Governance receipts for AI agents.

Every action a governed agent takes generates a cryptographically-signed receipt: what it decided, why, which model, which version, at what time. Built toward EU AI Act Art. 12, Colorado AI Act (SB 24-205), and NIST AI RMF requirements.

The receipt is what turns a policy document into evidence.

Architecture

Client (npm package / your agent) --auth: DINGDAWG_API_KEY-->  api.dingdawg.com (FastAPI, Railway)    -> Tier isolation + rate limiting    -> Governance gate (score, log, decide)    -> Audit trail (signed receipt)    -> Stripe metering / billing  -> Response (governed, scored, receipted)
