執行需求
需要一個可透過 HTTPS 存取的 Open Health Sync 執行個體（僅回送位址可用明文 HTTP），以 OHS_MCP_URL 設定。需要具備讀取權限的使用者權杖或租戶 API 金鑰，透過 OHS_MCP_KEY 提供。以本機程序（容器映像、stdio 傳輸）執行；自架伺服器需要 Docker。
安裝前請注意
OHS_MCP_KEY 是可讀取個人健康資料的憑證，請勿寫入日誌或共用設定。健康資料屬敏感資訊，OHS_MCP_URL 只應指向你掌控或信任的伺服器。託管測試版目前僅含測試資料，且本專案並非醫療器材。

安裝

在 SourceWeft 中

  1. 開啟 儀表板中的 Open Health Sync，將其新增到工作區。
  2. 為需要使用其工具的對話啟用該服務。

Desktop only，透過 STDIO。 STDIO 服務會啟動本機處理程序，因此需要 SourceWeft 桌面主機。

Open Health Sync

One API for all your health data. Free, open source, on your own server.

What it does

Every health app and wearable sends data in its own format. Open Health Sync collects it all and gives it back in one clean format, through one API.

  • In: Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, Fitbit, Withings, Polar, Strava, Dexcom and more.
  • Out: a REST API, FHIR R4, Open mHealth, signed webhooks, CSV and Parquet, native SDKs, and an MCP server so an AI agent can read your data.
  • Runs anywhere: one program plus Postgres, even on a Raspberry Pi. Your data stays with you.

You need Docker.

The last command loads 90 days of sample data and prints an API key and calls to try.
