Patreon MCP by usefulapi

Use your Patreon account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Read your campaigns, tiers, patrons and posts, without changing anything. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://patreon.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http patreon https://patreon.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and you sign in with your Patreon account.

On first connect you sign in to Patreon and approve access. The server validates the sign-in and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.

patreon_get_identity

Get my Patreon profile

Return the signed-in Patreon user: name, profile URL and id. If the user owns a creator campaign, the campaign is included. Good first call to find the campaign id. Patreon: GET /identity.
