執行需求

需把 Rosterfy 用戶端憑證與整合使用者的電子郵件、密碼交給此託管服務，並依使用者儲存。有兩個工具會變更資料：指派與移除班次人員，移除為軟刪除，且在關聯系列中可能同時影響後續班次。免費方案每月僅 50 次呼叫；付費方案透過 Stripe 結帳連結付款，取消後當期不退款。

Rosterfy MCP by usefulapi

Use your Rosterfy account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Read people, events, shifts, training, certificates and reward points, and assign or remove people on shifts. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://rosterfy.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http rosterfy https://rosterfy.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your Rosterfy credentials.

On first connect you provide the account name (acme for acme.rosterfy.com), a client id and client secret of a personal access client, and the email and password of a dedicated integration user. The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.

Each paid plan covers this server only. Ask your AI to run rosterfy_upgrade and choose Pro or Pro+, billed monthly or yearly (it returns a Stripe Checkout link). If you already have Pro, ask to change it to Pro+. The change requires your confirmation, keeps your billing interval and charges the price difference for the rest of the period immediately. Cancel any time with rosterfy_cancel_subscription: your paid plan continues to the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period, and asking to resume the same plan with rosterfy_upgrade before then undoes the cancel. Remove a user from a shift

Take one person off one shift. The assignment is soft-deleted, so the history stays. On a linked series, the first call returns a 400 that asks about later shifts; repeat the call with repeat set to true to remove them from those too. Rosterfy: DELETE /api/v2/event/{event_id}/shift/{shift_id}/user/{id}.
