Setora MCP by usefulapi

Use your Setora account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Look up locations, services, staff, open slots, clients and bookings. Also create clients and create, move or cancel bookings with a read_write key. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://setora.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http setora https://setora.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your Setora credentials.

On first connect you enter a Setora API key (Setora Hub → Settings → Developer; a read_write key is needed to change bookings). The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.

Cancel any time with setora_cancel_subscription: Pro continues to the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period, and running setora_upgrade before then undoes the cancel. setora_list_locations

List locations

List the active locations (shops) of the Setora organisation: slug, name, timezone, address, phone and the Booking Protection policy. Start here: the slug is needed by most other tools.

Get bookable time slots for one or more services at a location, from a local date forward. Slots use the location's local time with a UTC offset. Use a slot's starts_at as-is in setora_create_booking.

Create a booking

WRITE: create a booking for a client. starts_at must be a slot from setora_get_availability. If the service needs a deposit, the booking stays in pending_payment and the result has a payment_url. Locations with Booking Protection return 409 booking_protection_required: use the Setora booking page there. Needs a read_write key. To retry after a network error, pass the same idempotency_key.

setora_reschedule_booking

Reschedule a booking

WRITE: move a booking to a new slot of the same service and location, and optionally to another eligible staff member. The shop's cancellation policy window applies (409 if it blocks the change). Needs a read_write key.
