安裝前請注意
需將 Stream API key 與 secret 交給第三方託管服務，並由其依使用者儲存。有兩個工具會寫入 Stream（發送訊息與表情回應），並以既有使用者身分發布，使用前應先確認。付費方案需付費：Pro 為每月 9 美元或每年 90 美元，Pro+ 為每月 39 美元或每年 390 美元，透過 Stripe Checkout 連結付款；取消後服務持續到付費期結束，當期不退款。取得頻道的工具使用 get-or-create 端點，可能建立空頻道。

Bring your Stream Chat app into your AI workflow — query channels, search messages, and post replies from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Hosted, no local install — connect with your Stream API key + secret.

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://stream.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http stream https://stream.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your Stream credentials.

Fetch the Stream app's settings and configured channel types. Good first call to confirm credentials and discover available channel types. GET /api/v2/app.
