Universe MCP by usefulapi

Use your Universe account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Read events, ticket types, time slots, orders, attendees and daily ticket sales. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://universe.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http universe https://universe.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and you sign in with your Universe account.

On first connect you sign in to Universe and approve access. The server stores the access per user. It only reads data. No keys go in config files.

universe_get_viewer

Who am I

Return the signed-in Universe user and the host accounts they can manage (team memberships). Use a host id with universe_list_events. Read-only.
