執行需求
透過 streamable HTTP 加 OAuth 連線的遠端 MCP 端點，不需在本機安裝。需在瀏覽器登入，選擇公司並勾選允許的權限。用戶端須支援帶 OAuth 的遠端 MCP；ChatGPT 需要允許自訂連接器的方案，部分用戶端還需由服務方將重新導向或回呼位址加入允許清單。
安裝前請注意
此連線可以寫入：建立與更新工單、指派與轉換狀態、建立連結、記錄工時、上傳與移除附件、封存與還原、張貼留言。權限受登入時勾選的存取範圍與你在各工作區的角色限制，對話無法刪除任何內容。AsyncFlow 密碼不會傳給對話；可隨時在「設定 → 已連接的應用程式」中斷連線。

安裝

在 SourceWeft 中

  1. 開啟 儀表板中的 AsyncFlow，將其新增到工作區。
  2. 連接 所需的 憑證。它們會被私密儲存，絕不會在公開頁面上展示。
  3. 為需要使用其工具的對話啟用該服務。

Web executable，透過 Streamable HTTP。 遠端服務在工作區中設定後即可從網頁執行環境執行。

AsyncFlow connector

Use your AsyncFlow tickets from an AI chat. You can search, open, create, update, assign, move and comment on tickets in your own company, with the access you choose when you connect.

The connector address is:

When you connect, a browser opens. Sign in to AsyncFlow, pick the company and tick the access to allow. Nothing is installed on your computer, and your AsyncFlow password never reaches the chat. You can disconnect a chat at any time in AsyncFlow under Settings → Connected apps.

Claude Code

Install the plugin. It sets up the connector and adds a skill that tells Claude how to work with tickets safely.

Other chats

Any client that supports remote MCP servers over streamable HTTP with OAuth can connect. If the chat says its redirect address isn't allowed, send that address to Async Solution and it will be added.

Your role in each workspace still applies, and the chat can't delete anything. Due dates and other planning fields stay visible to the delivery team only.

Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot

In Copilot Studio, create an agent, add a tool of type Model Context Protocol with the address above and OAuth 2.0, dynamic discovery, and publish it to the Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot channel. Copilot Studio shows a callback URL: send it to Async Solution so it can be allowed.
