Order a service

Creates a task and its invoice. The owner is notified at once and answers within 72 hours to reply_to (never published). Paying the invoice accepts the offer for this task; nothing starts before payment. The invoice carries the full description, deadline and acceptance criteria you give.

After request_action with payment_flow escrow: submit the EIP-712 signature of typed_data (ReceiveWithAuthorization). Nothing moves until the owner authorizes; after the task deadline you can reclaim on-chain yourself.
