Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP feed of newly registered Swiss companies from the SHAB gazette, with website and contact details where found.

What you can do
  • List new companies from the Swiss commercial register, newest first, filtered by canton and other fields, with UID, legal form, seat, purpose, capital and named people
  • Fetch a single company's new entry by its UID
  • Read the change list of registered, enriched, suppressed and redacted events
  • Check the account plan, limits, history start date and current monthly usage
When to use it
Useful when you need a daily, structured stream of newly registered Swiss companies for lead research, market monitoring or compliance checks, and want the assistant to query and filter it directly.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local install. Requires a bearer API key (snf_ prefix) obtained from the provider's signup page, sent in the Authorization header. A paid plan governs history depth, records per month and webhook endpoints.
Before you install
The API key is a secret sent in the Authorization header. Each company record counts towards a monthly quota, so broad listing can consume the plan quickly. Records include personal data of named people; the feed emits suppressed and redacted events that require you to delete or replace data in your own copy. Intended for business use only, with source attribution to the SHAB.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Swiss NewCo Feed in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect Authorization token credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.tollwyn%2Fswissnewco/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

list_new_companies

List new companies

New companies in the Swiss commercial register, newest first, as the SHAB publishes them every working day: name, UID, legal form, seat, canton, postal address, purpose, capital, the people of the entry and, where the company publishes them on its own website, website, e-mail and phone. Filters combine with AND, the values of one list with OR. Returns {data, next_cursor} with at most `limit` records; when next_cursor is set, more match, so narrow the days or the filters. Every record delivered counts towards the monthly quota of your plan. On Free, website, e-mail, phone and contact page are null and contact.masked is true, while has_website, has_email and has_phone still tell what was found; how far back you can read depends on the plan (see account). Same as GET /v1/companies of the API. Source: Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB), freely usable with source attribution. For business use only.

Apply both removals within 30 days. Pass the id of the last event you processed as `after`; next_after is set while more follow. Every event delivered counts towards the monthly quota. Same as GET /v1/events of the API. Source: Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB), freely usable with source attribution. For business use only.
