Overview

AI-generated overview

UIDWatch monitors a list of Swiss company UIDs and reports bankruptcy, liquidation and register events from the SHAB gazette, with webhooks and billing.

What you can do
Create an account and get its API key, then check plan, usage and last scan status of the account. Add, replace, list or remove watchlist entries, each with an optional reference and group, validated by UID check digit. Read events after a cursor: bankruptcies, compositions, debt enforcement, liquidations, deletions, register changes and new SHAB publications, each with a notice link and signed PDF. Create, list, test and delete webhook endpoints that receive new events as HMAC-signed JSON. Generate a Stripe Checkout link for the subscription.
When to use it
Useful when an assistant should keep track of Swiss companies by UID and surface insolvency or register changes, for example syncing a debtor or customer list from an ERP and reacting to new gazette events.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local runtime. An account is needed: uidwatch_signup creates one and returns its API key, which must be sent as an Authorization Bearer header for every other tool. Network access to the endpoint and to the SHAB-derived event feed.
Before you install
The API key is shown only once at signup and grants access to the account; store it carefully. The server can change the watchlist and create or delete webhook endpoints, which post account events to an external HTTPS address. billing_checkout returns a Stripe payment link for a paid subscription of CHF 33 per month per package of 2500 entries; paying spends money. Signup requires accepting the terms of service.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Uidwatch in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.tollwyn%2Fuidwatch/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

uidwatch_signup

Create a UIDWatch account and get its API key. The key is shown only in this answer: keep it and send it as "Authorization: Bearer <key>" in the configuration of the MCP client, which every other tool needs. accept_terms must be true: it accepts the terms of service (https://uidwatch.tollwyn.com/terms?via=mcp-registry), including the data processing terms in section 8, on behalf of the business that signs up. The trial lasts 30 days and watches 20 entries until a person confirms the email address from the mail UIDWatch sends, then 2500. via is an optional partner id; without one the account counts as signed up through MCP.

watchlist_replace

Replace the watchlist

Replace the whole watchlist with these entries, e.g. to sync it from an ERP every night: entries missing from items are removed, entries that stay keep their date. UIDs are accepted as CHE-123.456.789, CHE123456789 or with MWST/TVA/IVA; the check digit must match. Each entry may carry your reference (e.g. a customer number) and a group (e.g. the client a debtor belongs to). All or nothing: one invalid UID rejects the call with every problem listed. New entries get an initial check of the history in the gazette.

watchlist_add

Add to the watchlist

Add entries to the watchlist, or change the reference of entries already on it.

Parametersitemsrequired

watchlist_list

List the watchlist

A page of the watchlist, oldest entry first, optionally of one group. Each entry tells whether its initial check is done (checked_at) and whether it is within the limit of the plan (monitored).

Parametersgrouplimitoffset

watchlist_remove

Remove from the watchlist

Remove one entry from the watchlist; name its group if it has one.

Parametersuidrequiredgroup

events_list

List events

Events for the watchlist after a cursor, oldest first: bankruptcies, compositions, debt enforcement, liquidations, deletions, register deficiencies and changes, and new entries published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB), each with a link to the notice and its signed PDF. Keep next_cursor and pass it as cursor next time: every event comes exactly once. historical "true" filters the findings of the initial check, published before the entry was added.

webhook_create

Add a webhook

Add a webhook endpoint (https on a public address, at most 5): every new event of the chosen kinds (default: all) is posted to it as JSON, signed with HMAC-SHA256 in the UIDWatch-Signature header. The signing secret is returned only in this answer.

Parametersurlrequiredkinds

webhook_list

List webhooks

The webhook endpoints of the account with their kinds.

Takes no parameters.

webhook_delete

Delete a webhook

Delete a webhook endpoint; no more events are posted to it.

Parametersidrequired

webhook_test

Test a webhook

Post a sample event marked "test": true to a webhook endpoint now and tell how it answered (10 per minute).

Parametersidrequired

account_status

Account status

The account: plan (trial, monitor or paused), whether the list is monitored, the limit and usage in entries, the end of the trial, whether the email address is confirmed, and last_scan_at, the last successful check of the gazette.

Takes no parameters.

billing_checkout

Subscribe

A Stripe Checkout link for the subscription: CHF 33 per month per package of 2500 entries, 1 to 10 packages, cancel monthly. A person, or an agent with its own payment method, opens the link and pays there.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
