Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server for Malaysian land research: look up JUPEM cadastral lots and PLANMalaysia local-plan zoning, with map images.

What you can do
  • Search lots by UPI, lot number with state/district/mukim/section codes, or latitude and longitude
  • Fetch one lot's location details, area, boundary as GeoJSON and the local-plan zones covering it
  • Get local-plan zoning at a point or by id: land use in Malay and English, code, status, plan and local authority
  • Render satellite or street map images of a lot or point with lots outlined and labelled by lot number
When to use it
Useful when you need to identify a Malaysian land lot from a UPI, lot number or coordinates, check what the local plan zones a parcel for, or see whether zoning is existing, committed or proposed.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint; no local package or runtime. Sign-in with a Google account via OAuth is required. Coverage is partial: lots and zoning are loaded state by state, and zoning covers more states than lots.
Before you install
Sign-in uses a Google account through OAuth, so the service sees your identity. Lots carry no owner, title or tenure information, so results cannot establish ownership. Coverage is incomplete by state, so a missing result does not mean no lot or zone exists.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Malaysia Land Lots & Local Plan Zoning in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.BumiAtlas%2Fmalaysia-land-zoning/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

Malaysia Land Lots & Local Plan Zoning MCP

Connect your AI assistant to BumiAtlas for Malaysian land research through the Model Context Protocol.

This listing is a focused entry point for:

  • Cadastral land lots from JUPEM's National Digital Cadastral Database (NDCDB): UPI, state, district, mukim, section, lot number, area and boundary
  • Lot lookup by UPI, by lot number ("Lot 3193", "PT 1234") narrowed to a state, district, mukim or section, or by coordinates
  • Local-plan land-use zoning (Rancangan Tempatan) from PLANMalaysia at any point: land use, land-use code, plan status (existing, committed, proposed), plan and local authority
  • The zoning over a lot, with each zone's share of it
  • Satellite and street map images of a lot and its neighbours, labelled by lot number

Coverage grows state by state: lots and zoning are loaded for some states so far, and zoning covers more states than lots.
