Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP router that returns an issuer's signed, receipted regulatory filings and releases for a date range, plus issuer lookup and market node listing.

What you can do
  • Retrieve every filing and release for an issuer (ticker, ISIN or LEI) within a date range, each with type, date, source page and read date
  • Resolve a listed company by ticker, ISIN or LEI to its owning market node and record summary
  • List the market nodes on the roster, which are live, their regional doors and Agent Cards
When to use it
Useful when you need an issuer's disclosure history over a period, want to confirm which market node holds a company's record, or need signed, receipted answers rather than scraped or inferred data.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no package, environment variables or headers are declared. The router forwards requests to the issuer's market node, which signs and receipts the answer.
Before you install
Reads are described as free, but an x402 payment offer exists and is triggered when requested (x402-pay: 1), so payment may be involved. Requests are routed to third-party market nodes and receipts are written to an external records service, so queries leave the router. Answers are served as read, with nothing newly collected or inferred.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open getfilings: the Filings door in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.allooloo%2Fgetfilings/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

get_filings

Get the filings of an issuer in a date range

get_filings is the disclosures of an issuer in a date range: an issuer by ticker, ISIN or LEI plus a date range returns every filing and release on the record for that issuer in that range, each with its type, its date, its source page and its read date — signed by the node of the issuer's market and receipted. Served from the record as read; nothing new is collected and nothing is inferred. Typed errors: unknown_issuer, ambiguous, not_on_record (per field, per market), invalid_request. Door: https://mcp.getfilings.ai/mcp (routes to the owning node); every node door answers it for its own market.
