Before you install
Write tools create, change and delete studio data, and deleting a class can remove every occurrence of a repeating series and is irreversible. Student tools handle personal data (name, email, phone) and should be used only when the owner asks. The server stores your BailaYa API key per user. Paid plans cost money and are billed through a Stripe checkout link; cancellation has no refund for the current period.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open BailaYa MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

BailaYa MCP by usefulapi

Use your BailaYa account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Read the schedule, students, team and packages of your dance studio, and add or change classes, events and students. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://bailaya.usefulapi.io/mcp.

On first connect you provide a BailaYa studio API key (BailaYa → Settings → API keys; it starts with bya_live_). The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.
