Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted MCP server for White Label Loyalty: browse rewards, read a customer's points wallet and tier progress, and buy rewards with points.

What you can do
  • List and inspect programme rewards, including points cost, tier, availability and purchasability, optionally filtered for a given customer token
  • Read a customer's wallet: points balance, tier, progress to the next tier and vouchers
  • Read wallet predictions such as spend and earn caps and points expiry
  • Purchase a reward for the customer behind a user token, deducting its points cost
  • Check monthly usage, request a missing feature, and upgrade or cancel the paid plan
When to use it
Useful when you run a White Label Loyalty programme and want an assistant to answer questions about rewards, a customer's points balance and tier progress, or to redeem a reward the customer explicitly asked for.
Requirements
Remote endpoint over streamable HTTP; no local install. Sign-in is via OAuth, and on first connect you supply your tenant API key (issued by your White Label Loyalty account manager) and your tenant region (EU, US or GCC, production or staging). No keys go in the client config. A free plan allows 50 tool calls per month.
Before you install
The purchase tool spends the customer's points and is not idempotent, so a repeat call buys again; only use it when the customer asked for that reward. The server stores your tenant API key per user. Paid plans cost money (Pro $9/month or $90/year, Pro+ $39/month or $390/year) and are billed through Stripe Checkout links; cancellation runs to the end of the paid period with no refund for the current period. Meta tools can change your subscription.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open White Label Loyalty MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.usefulapi%2Fwhite-label-loyalty/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

White Label Loyalty MCP by usefulapi

Use your White Label Loyalty account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Read rewards and customer wallets, and purchase a reward for a customer who asked for it. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Live endpoint: https://white-label-loyalty.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://white-label-loyalty.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http white-label-loyalty https://white-label-loyalty.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:
json
{  "mcpServers": {    "white-label-loyalty": {      "url": "https://white-label-loyalty.usefulapi.io/mcp"    }  }}

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your White Label Loyalty credentials.

Step-by-step setup, where to find your credentials, and FAQ: https://usefulapi.io/white-label-loyalty/

On first connect you provide your tenant API key (issued per tenant by your White Label Loyalty account manager) and the region of your tenant (EU, US or GCC, production or staging). The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.
