Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted BigMarker connector that lets an assistant read webinars, channels, registrants, attendees and recordings, and register or cancel people.

What you can do
  • List, get and search conferences and channels, including per-channel registration and attendance totals
  • Read registrants, attendees, no-shows and presenters, including personal contact details
  • Check recording status and list on-demand recording views with minutes watched
  • Get event summary reports such as total live minutes watched
  • Register a person for a conference or cancel their registration
  • Check monthly usage, request a feature, and upgrade or cancel a paid plan
When to use it
Useful when you run webinars or events on BigMarker and want to ask questions about upcoming sessions, registration numbers, attendance, no-shows and recording engagement from a chat client, or have the assistant register and cancel attendees.
Requirements
Remote MCP endpoint reached over streamable HTTP; no local install. Sign-in is by OAuth, and the login page asks for a BigMarker API key (BigMarker → Settings → API keys), which the server validates and stores per user. API access may need to be enabled by BigMarker support. A free plan allows 50 tool calls per month; paid plans are billed per user.
Before you install
The server handles personal data: registrant and attendee names, emails, personal entry URLs, countries and traffic sources. Two tools write to BigMarker: registering a person may trigger a confirmation email, and cancelling changes their registration. The service stores your BigMarker API key per user, so review its handling before connecting. Paid plans cost money and are billed through a checkout link; cancellation runs to the end of the paid period with no refund for the current period.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open BigMarker MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.usefulapi%2Fbigmarker/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

README

BigMarker MCP by usefulapi

Use your BigMarker account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Read conferences, channels, registrants, attendees, no-shows, presenters and recordings, and register or cancel people. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Live endpoint: https://bigmarker.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://bigmarker.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http bigmarker https://bigmarker.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:
json
{  "mcpServers": {    "bigmarker": {      "url": "https://bigmarker.usefulapi.io/mcp"    }  }}

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your BigMarker credentials.

Step-by-step setup, where to find your credentials, and FAQ: https://usefulapi.io/bigmarker/

On first connect you provide a BigMarker API key (BigMarker → Settings → API keys). If the page shows no key, ask BigMarker support to enable API access. The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.
