Before you install
You hand your Craftboxx account credentials to a third-party host, and the server acts with that employee's permissions. The create tools write new records and are not idempotent, so repeated calls can duplicate customers or projects. Paid plans cost money (Pro and Pro+ monthly or yearly) and are billed through a Stripe checkout link; cancellation gives no refund for the current period. Usage is metered per tool call.

  1. Open Craftboxx MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://craftboxx.usefulapi.io/mcp.

On first connect you provide your Craftboxx email and password of a Craftboxx Planner employee. The server has the permissions of that employee. The password is used once to get a token and is not stored. The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.
