Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted noCRM.io connector that lets an assistant read leads, pipelines, comments and client folders, and create, update and assign leads.

What you can do
  • List, search and inspect leads, including unassigned leads, duplicates, attachments, comments and full history
  • Read pipeline structure and account setup: pipelines, steps, users, teams, client folders, activity types, predefined tags and custom fields
  • List post-sales follow-ups for a lead or a user
  • Create and update leads, assign owners, add internal comments, create client folders and file leads into them
  • Check monthly usage, request a missing feature, upgrade or cancel the paid plan
When to use it
Useful when a sales team works in noCRM.io and wants an assistant to answer questions about the pipeline, summarize a lead's history, or draft and file new leads without switching apps.
Requirements
Remote MCP endpoint added by URL only; the server signs in with OAuth and the login page asks for the noCRM.io account name and an API key from the admin section. No API key or Authorization header goes in the client config. A free tier allows 50 tool calls per month.
Before you install
Six tools write to the CRM: creating and updating leads, reassigning owners, adding comments, and creating or filing client folders; comments are visible to the lead's team and assignment can notify the owner. The server asks for a noCRM.io API key during OAuth login. Paid plans are bought through a payment link returned by the upgrade tool, and cancelling gives no refund for the current period.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open noCRM.io MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.usefulapi%2Fnocrm-io/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://nocrm-io.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http nocrm-io https://nocrm-io.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "nocrm-io": {      "url": "https://nocrm-io.usefulapi.io/mcp"    }  }}

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your noCRM.io credentials.

Step-by-step setup, where to find your credentials, and FAQ: https://usefulapi.io/nocrm-io/

On first connect you'll enter your noCRM.io account name (acme for acme.nocrm.io) and an API key (admin section).

File attachments on a lead (names, ids, sizes, links). GET /leads/{id}/attachments.

Parameterslead_idrequired

nocrm_list_follow_ups

Takes no parameters.

nocrm_list_fields

Parameterstype

nocrm_create_lead

Create lead

WRITE: create a new lead. The description holds the contact's details, one 'Label: value' per line (for example 'Firstname: Ada', 'Email: [email protected]', 'Phone: ...'); noCRM.io reads those lines. Without user_id the lead is created unassigned; a pipeline step can only be set when the lead is assigned. Not idempotent: calling twice creates two leads. POST /leads.

Parameterssteptagstitlerequireduser_iddescriptionrequired

nocrm_update_lead

Update lead

WRITE: change a lead: title, status (won, lost, cancelled, todo or standby), pipeline step, amount, probability, star, estimated closing date, tags (replaces the lead's tag list), or append text to the description (existing description text is never replaced). Moving to standby needs remind_date. Only the fields you pass change. PUT /leads/{id}.

nocrm_add_lead_comment

Add lead comment

WRITE: add a comment (an internal note) to a lead, optionally typed as an activity such as a call or meeting. It is visible to the lead's team in noCRM.io and sends nothing to the customer. Not idempotent. POST /leads/{id}/comments.
